A friend mentioned the other day that I haven't posted in some time. Truth is that I generally don't post for the sake of posting and I've been pretty busy since starting a new position with Nextscreen.

Now that I've settled in a bit I will be posting about the activities and challenges of starting, staffing and managing an agile product team from scratch.
